Confoi analyses behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to align our offer of products and services with your preferences. Confoi follows surfing behaviour across various websites in order to align our products and services with your requirements. Confoi also processes personal data when we are legally required to do so, such as the data we require for our tax returns.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Confoi does not sell your data to third parties and will only make it available if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal requirement.

View, correct, or remove data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to Confoi processing your personal data; furthermore, you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us asking us to send a computer file, containing the personal information we hold on you, to another organisation specified by you.

By sending an email to mail@confoi.com you can submit a request to inspect, correct, remove, or transfer your personal data, as well as asking to have your consent withdrawn or objecting to the processing of your personal data. Confoi also wants to draw your attention to the fact that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority (the Dutch Data Protection Authority) if - in your opinion - we are processing, or have processed, your personal data unlawfully.
